Official Booking Terms

Terms & Conditions of Service

Transparent booking regulations, traveler responsibilities, and hotel voucher terms governed by Indian tourism laws.

Last Revised: January 15, 2026 • Governed by Trigoyo Holidays Private Limited

1. Acceptance of Booking Terms

By confirming a booking, paying an advance fee, or signing a digital quote generated by Trigoyo Holidays Private Limited ("Trigoyo", "we", "us", or "our"), the traveler ("client", "you", or "your") agrees to be bound by the terms detailed herein. If booking on behalf of family members or group travelers, the lead guest assumes financial responsibility for all persons listed in the booking dossier.

2. Payment Schedule & Booking Confirmation

  • Initial Confirmation Advance: 25% to 30% of total package value is required to block verified hotel inventory and assign dedicated transport.
  • Secondary Milestone: 50% of the total package value must be remitted 10 days prior to the journey departure date.
  • Arrival Balance: The remaining 20% balance is strictly payable upon arrival during check-in / vehicle handover on Day 1.
  • Official hotel confirmation vouchers and driver contact details are dispatched 48 hours prior to trip departure via WhatsApp and email.

3. Transport, Chauffeur DA & Hill Driving Protocols

Private sedans, SUVs (Innova / Crysta / Scorpio), and Tempo Travellers are assigned based on the agreed itinerary:

  • Fuel, toll taxes, state road taxes, parking permits, and driver daily allowances (DA) are included in all quotes.
  • Vehicles are contracted strictly on an itinerary point-to-point basis; arbitrary personal night detours or off-route diversions outside the agreed schedule will incur nominal extra mileage charges directly payable to the chauffeur.
  • In mountain terrains (e.g., Gulmarg, Sonamarg in Kashmir, or Sonprayag in Kedarnath), local union restrictions may necessitate taking union-registered cabs or pony/palki for specific segments. Trigoyo managers assist with transparent on-ground facilitation.

4. Check-in, Check-out & Hotel House Rules

  • Standard hotel check-in time across India is 12:00 PM / 2:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to room availability upon arrival.
  • Room heating in cold Himalayan regions (Kashmir, Kedarnath, Badrinath) is provided as per hotel policy and local electricity power supply norms.
  • All adult guests must carry valid government photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID; PAN Cards are not recognized as valid address proofs by hoteliers).

5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

All transactions, holiday bookings, and agreements are executed in New Delhi, India. In the unlikely event of any legal dispute that cannot be resolved amicably via mutual mediation, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of New Delhi.
