2. High-Altitude Pilgrimage & Helicopter Tickets (Char Dham)
- Helicopter Shuttles (Phata / Sirsi / Guptkashi to Kedarnath): Governed strictly by IRCTC and DGCA aviation refund policies. In the event of adverse mountain weather or high winds preventing helicopter flights, refunds are processed per official IRCTC slot refund guidelines after deduction of administrative ticketing levies.
- Monsoon Landslides & Road Closures: When high-altitude highway stretches are temporarily closed by state disaster administration (SDMA), our ground operations team works to reroute travelers to safe alternative stays (e.g., Chopta or Rishikesh). Additional lodging caused by prolonged road blockages is at actual hotel costs.
3. Date Rescheduling & Postponement Policy
We understand emergencies happen. If you cannot travel on your scheduled dates due to medical reasons or family exigencies:
- Rescheduling requests made at least 15 days before travel are accommodated with zero Trigoyo penalty fees, subject only to seasonal tariff differentials charged by hoteliers.
- Your advance amount can be preserved as a Travel Credit Voucher valid for 12 calendar months for any domestic or international destination.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
Once an approved cancellation request is logged, the eligible refund is processed within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds are remitted directly to the original payment source (NEFT/RTGS bank account, UPI ID, or credit/debit card) with a formal transaction UTR acknowledgment sent to your registered email.
